Sharing is caring!

Onion Samosa:

I am sure everybody would love “crispy hot onion samosas”. I still remember the crispy samosa in my school canteen @Rs.1.50/per piece. My friends’ gang in Kumaraguru and PSG would never miss evening snacks if its onion samosa. Mom often used to make veg. samosa in order to make us have all veggies. I learnt the art of making perfect triangle-shaped samosa from her.

For the dough:

  • Maida-1 cup
  • Salt-To taste
