Sathumaavu Modhagam|Multigrain Modhaks|Sathumaavu Kozhukkattai

Sathumaavu Modhagam|Multigrain Modhaks|Sathumaavu Kozhukkattai:

As mentioned in moong dhal modhagam post, I have been waiting to try a proper and perfect modhagam this year. Last year I made kambu maavu kozhukkattai with nuts filling but I didn’t have a proper shape.T his year I luckily got a mould and also learnt all secret tips from the experts in the family to make soft and spongy modaks. After learning everything wouldn’t be unfair if I just try a usual one? So I made a try with sathumaavu/multigrain health drink mix along with yellow moong dal stuffing. Kitchen Kathukutty should always stick to the purpose of the blog too? Right?. It was extremely good and there was no huge difference in taste too. I am sure all mothers will happily try this recipe and kids will enjoy this version of sathumaavu
