Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Baked Sweet Potato Chips:

Baked Sweet Potato Chips is a baked recipe from me after a long time. I gave a random trial in the morning and honestly burnt half a batch and succeeded with the remaining half. You can even make this completely oil-free too. Skip the oil if you want an oil-free version and follow the rest as such. If you are a first-time baker refer to my detailed notes here and then proceed.

The recipe will not have all step by step images as there were some troubles in the kitchen today morning. I shall add them when I do the next week. The oven temperature and mode will depend on the brand of OTG you use. So please refer the manual.

P.S:

The baked chips stay crispy and good for 10 days,

Don’t overcrowd.

Use a butter paper greased with oil and place the slices.

If you grease the butter paper you can attempt to skip the oil.

You can drizzle some oil if you wish.

Ensure that the slices are as thin as possible.

Line them perfectly on the tray.

This can be given to babies above six months without salt.
