Pasta Recipes For Toddlers & Kids:

When my friend Gouthami Yuvarajan had a lovely picture of pasta I wanted to make a pasta recipes collection post. Most of you might know that myself and kid love pasta and I have been exploring different healthy pasta recipes.

Pasta Recipes For Toddlers & Kids:

Initially, before knowing about durum wheat vs whole wheat, I was using durum wheat pasta only. But my never-ending search for healthy alternatives helped me finding whole wheat pasta at Fab India outlets. You can include pasta in a healthy way monthly once as it is not our traditional or local food. Pasta can be given babies as young as six months as it is great finger food (minus the salt).
