Tomato Thokku Recipe

Tomato Thokku Recipe:

The tomato thokku recipe is my Periammas special. Every time we meet she makes it for us and we love it. She made this tomato thokku last June and I am posting the recipe now as many said tomatoes available in abundance this lockdown time and storing is very difficult. You can not only use this as an accompaniment, but you can also use this as a way to store tomatoes. There are two variants of tomato thokku I have posted, one with onion, other with just tomatoes and this is with garlic. Adjust the number of red chillies as per your taste.

You can use instead of tomato masala too in gravies for an emergency.
