Paneer Bhurji Recipe:

Paneer Bhurji Recipe is the first recipe which I clicked post our arrival at Chennai. And I am posting it today after 3 months to give you all a break from the traditional rice recipes. You can find 20 plus paneer recipes here. Of all the recipes my recent trial of paneer polichathu tops the list in taste, flavour and unmatchable delicacy.

Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Serves 3-4

Ingredients:

  • Paneer-200 gms
  • Onion-1 chopped
  • Tomato-1 small chopped
  • Capsicum -1 small chopped
  • Green Chilly-1
  • Garam Masala Powder-1/4 tsp
  • Red Chilly Powder-1/4 tsp
  • Shahi Jeera-1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Salt-To taste
  • Ghee-To cook

Paneer Bhurji Recipe:

  1. Scramble the paneer once it comes to room temperature and set it aside.
  2. In a pan, add ghee and temper with shahi jeera.

  1. Add chopped green chillies and chopped onions.
  2. Give them a gentle saute till they turn translucent.

Paneer Burji Recipe

  1. Now add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum and give a gentle toss.
  2. Let them get cooked with turmeric powder, garam masala powder and red chilly powder.
  3. Toss till the tomato is cooked and add salt.
  4. Switch off the stove and add the scrambled paneer.

  1. Mix everything together and garnish with coriander leaves.

10.Paneer Bhurji is ready.

Notes:

Thaw your paneer, if it was frozen
