Maravalli Kilangu/Maravalli Kizhangu or kuchi kilangu or kappa kilangu is tapioca.It is one of the staples of Kerala and I have already posted the recipe of kappa puzhukku-A traditional dish of Kerala. We are not a huge fans of this vegetable but this recipe of Maravalli Kizhangu Adai was yummy .My sister in law shared this recipe last June and I had tried it thrice so far. The flavour of tapioca in this Maravalli Kizhangu Adai Recipe is so unique and it makes the adai so soft.The ingredients are more similar to the usual bottle gourd adai  but it is slightly on the spicy side.You can reduce the number of chilies to balance that as per your taste.
