Chaat Foods/ Items- These are the most popular street foods in India. These are one of the most common favourites for many of us. Hope none would stop getting attracted to chaat items. I am no different in that.I love them as occasional treats. I always like pav bhaji more when it comes to my kid as it has a blend of veggies and getting a whole wheat pav bun is comparatively easier than finding whole wheat pooris. This is our favourite early dinner menu once in a month or whenever I get a whole wheat pav bun. I am yet to master the art of making buns/ bread at home.
- Pav Buns-4

1. Measure and keep all the ingredients ready.
2.In a pressure cooker add some butter and saute the veggies one after the other except tomatoes.Reserve some raw onion (chopped finely) for garnishing.
3.Add pav bhaji masala powder, salt and water(water to just immerse the veggies).
4.Pressure cook for 3 whistles.Mash them well after the pressure gets released.
5.In the meantime fry the tomatoes till turn soft and add them to the veggies cooked(after the pressure is released) and give a quick stir and boil till it becomes thick.
