Urad Dhal-1/4 cup

Procedure:

1.In a pan,add the urad dhal.

2.Dry roast till a fine aroma arises.

3.Cool down and blend in a mixer..

4.Make a smooth powder by running the mixer in pulse mode.

5.Sieve it well and store.
