Homemade Urad Dhal Flour Recipe
Ulunthu maavu or urad dhal flour is an essential homemade ingredient for Diwali. It is very much needed for preparation of murukku ,seedai kind of recipes. It can be also used for porridge and kaali too.The recipe is very easy to make.
Homemade Urad Dhal Flour Recipe:
Urad Dhal-1/4 cup
1.In a pan,add the urad dhal.
2.Dry roast till a fine aroma arises.
3.Cool down and blend in a mixer..
4.Make a smooth powder by running the mixer in pulse mode.
5.Sieve it well and store.
6.Homemade Urad Dhal Flour is ready.
This can be stored for 6 months.
